Chocolate Avocado Banana Mousse
Avocadoes have to be one of my favourite foods to eat and I can honestly find a way to utilise avocadoes in almost anything, I love them so much! I do have a bit of a sweet tooth so I like to use ripe avocadoes to make a mousse that I can have as a snack or as a dessert. Raw cacao is extremely high in antioxidants and contains numerous other vitamins and minerals including; magnesium, iron and calcium. It is also a natural mood elevator and anti-depressant.

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately or store in fridge until you are ready to eat.
