  1. Add coconut oil and ginger to a small saucepan or fry pan on low-medium heat and mix.
  2. Add pineapple and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes until pineapple softens.
  3. Pour pineapple into 2 small serving dishes and place 1/4 cup of goat milk yoghurt on top to serve.
