  1. Add chicken legs to your slow cooker.
  2. Pour over balsamic vinegar and soy sauce.
  3. Grate some fresh ginger and sprinkle it over the chicken legs.
  4. Put slow cooker on ‘low’ for 8 hours.
  5. Serve with your choice of vegetables or salad.
