Shipping & Returns

Please be advised that once an order has been processed, we may be unable to amend or cancel, due to the fast processes in place.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Shipping is Free for AU orders when you spend over $200. Normal standard shipping rates will apply on all other orders based on the total weight of your order.

Australia Post will be the primary mode of transport for your items. International orders will incur additional shipping costs.

Orders will be sent the day of ordering or the next business day. Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery of orders in Australia. Additional time will need to be allowed for International Orders. This does not include any orders placed during the SALE period as we may experience delays.

There may be instances where purchased items are sold out/unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens you will be notified accordingly and given the option to be refunded or have your items shipped out to you once they arrive. During a sale or leading up to Easter or Christmas there may be an increased delay so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Tracking your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will receive a tracking number which we will keep in the event your order does not arrive. If you feel that you order is taking longer than expected please email Katelyn@good4younutrition.com.au so we can follow up your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

Incorrect Orders

If you make a mistake when placing your order we are unable to guarantee that this can be amended due to our fast processing of orders. Please email katelyn@good4younutrition.com.au and if we have not sent your order out we can organise the amendment.

Incorrect Item

If you received an incorrect item there will be no extra charges. Please email katelyn@good4younutrition.com.au. We will need to see photo evidence that we have sent you the incorrect items within 5 days of receiving your order. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge accordingly.

Customer Order Error

Incorrect customer orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Goods

If you receive your items and they are damaged in anyway, please contact katelyn@good4younutrition.com.au before sending back any items. We will need to see photo evidence to show the damage to deem whether or not it will be replaced within 5 days of receiving your order. Depending on the outcome, you will have the option to be refunded for the item or have a new item sent out.

Gift Vouchers:

Good 4 You Nutrition Gift Vouchers are available to purchase online. They cannot be returned online and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
